Do clients need a new app or a new salon number?
Clients use your salon’s link to chat with Chatchi in WhatsApp. We do not move your existing salon WhatsApp number or conversation history.
Who can join the pilot?
The first five independent nail, lash or brow salons in Jakarta, with one location and up to five practitioners. Setup help is available. We are preparing the pilot; contact hello@chatchi.io to discuss participation.
Can I accept bookings without deposits?
Yes. You decide. Without a deposit, the booking is confirmed when a free slot is reserved. Changing your deposit setting applies to new bookings; existing bookings keep their agreed conditions.
How do deposits and refunds work?
Clients transfer directly to your salon’s bank account. You check the money has arrived and confirm it in Chatchi. A receipt photo alone does not confirm payment. The salon handles any refund under its cancellation conditions; Chatchi does not automatically send or return these funds.
Can my team keep using their calendars?
Chatchi uses Google Calendar for your team’s schedule. Appointments and blocked time sync with it. Apple Calendar can display the schedule through a connected Google account or calendar subscription; native two-way Apple sync is not promised.
When does the free period start, and what happens after it?
You get 14 days free after approving your setup and activating bookings. Then it is Rp399,000 per month per location for up to five practitioners, including taxes. No automatic charges. We agree on a payment method before requesting payment. Without an extension, new bookings stop; existing bookings remain available to manage and cancel.
